Eva had great fun at the sports day. 4! medals! She wore them with pride, then stuck them on her playroom wall. I loved being the idiot waving madly from every angle of the field. So proud. I even plucked the courage to go in the parents race, yes, Eva laughed, but it was fun. Ahhh, the smell of the fresh lines marked on the track. I think actually my strongest, earliest memories are from sports days at school.

You even inspired your mum to run That must have been very exciting Did you cheer her on as loudly as she cheered you on ? I am sure you screamed even louder Maybe you should give her a loan of one of your medals Grandad and I wish we could have been there to see our girls in action LOVE Grandad and Nana xxxx
